It wasn't done lightly & was necessitated by the change in method of
keeping track of context where thirteen states disappeared.  Another one
was removed and two new states added to make the tads lexer more like
the other C like lexers.  Since I had bumped into the 32 state limit (at
least that is the default limit) I had to change the meaning of at least
two states.  I thought it preferable to do a one off renumbering.  The
alternative was to reassign two states to a new meaning and leave gaps
in the sequence where the unneeded states used to be.  There seemed to
be potential for confusion either way.

Do you want me to resubmit the properties file at the next release of
scite?
