What are you expecting? someone to find time to explain to you
why there is a complete download?
Well, no... I was hoping for either the new lexer's author (or Neil)
to say:
1) that there are more widespread changes than just a single new lexer
file
2) that it was considered easier to distribute even a "single-file"
change this way because most people would rather get it like this than
just be told to pull some funny source file from the site (or CVS) and
integrate it themselves to build a test version
3) "Oh, you just want the .cxx and .properties files! Here they are!"
4) ???
5) profit!
Note that as an actual contributor to the project, I keep a current
(and regularly updated) copy of the source from the CVS repository -
and would find it considerably more convenient to just stuff a new
lexer into my local tree, UNLESS Neil or the new lexer's author
suggests otherwise.
