A fix to this issue is now in CVS although its more complex than I would like.
Also fixed some minor issues found by BoundsChecker. Changed the default bookmark symbol to a blue sphere (mostly to advertise that Scintilla can have pixmaps in the margin) and documented bookmark.fore and bookmark.back.
