   I'm probably about to add more syntax to mode files. There were too
many places where I want a compound value within a value which was
leading to parsing code appearing in modules that shouldn't be
concerned with config parsing.

URL:decoration=#800080 UnderLine

   will become

URL:decoration={appearance=UnderLine,fore=#800080}

   This is more syntax and will also increase the need for quoting.

   In the commands.boo image it looks like you are using another
language's lexer for Boo since the regular expressions aren't
understood. Using '/' to start regular expressions is hard to
accurately disambiguate from division. The C++ lexer is the simplest
lexer that copes with '/' based regular expressions.
