   This stops Scintilla folding that code correctly. #ifdefed sections
shouldn't change nesting level so defining a macro or assigning to a
bool that is then tested works better.

   This was at one stage the default and it provoked immense
unhappiness, making Scintilla useless for many people, mostly in
Central and Eastern Europe. That is why UseInputMethod was added. You
may be swapping one set of unhappy users for another set.
