Oops, forgot to mention that the $10 and $20 are hex-decimal for 16 and 32 - in the code they were written in binary (%010000 and %100000) - in the old days $ used to represent hex-decimal, in C I think you usually (always?) us 0x?????..

Heh, that does help to know ;-). Yeah, hex numbers are 0xXXXX in C.
