Hi,
I noticed Sci_LinesJoin isn't working correctly, e.g. try joining the
following 5 lines in Scite and the last line doesn't get joined:

a
In LinesJoin() in Editor.cxx does it need a targetEnd++; added after
pdoc->InsertChar(pos, ' '); to increase the target end when a space is
inserted or is the problem elsewhere?
