Summary: check for valid destination before strcpy()

Lines 45 and 46 in ExternalLexer.cxx reads:
wls[i] = new char[words.length() + 1];
strcpy(wls[i], words.c_str());
It might be a good idea to check that wls[i] is
non-NULL before strcpy()
