Summary: SciTE hides behind windows taskbar
Initial Comment:
On my computer the windows task bar is at the top of
the screen and because SciTE positions the window at
coordinates 0/0 by default.
Would be nice if SciTE would consider the position and
height of the toolbar during initial positioning.
This would be easy to do - in the Windows version of SciTE startup
code, just do
RECT r;
SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETWORKAREA, 0, &r, 0);
The point (r.left, r.top) will provide the top-left corner of the
usable desktop, taking into account any task- or tool- bars the user
has... these two values could simply be added to the position.left and
position.top SciTE properties.
As long as SciTE is not saving window position and size info when it
shuts down, this is all that would be required.
Note that this call refers to the primary display monitor, and is
available on all Win32 versions (95 -> 2003).
