Summary: update all object-related functionality from gtk1 to glib2
Incorporated mostly as in the patch. To test this, I updated SciTE to build (with a couple of warnings) with GTK+1 dropping some features (middle click to close tab, stock icons on toolbar and internal grep). Still not going to support GTK+ 1 SciTE but wanted to see Scintilla work with GTK+ 1.
