I don't know if it is really possible with scintilla, but most standard
text controls should allow you to hook keyboard or mouse navigation. 
Disable the vertical scrollbar, add your own scrollbar control, and as
long as you don't plan on inserting or deleting characters, it should be
reasonable to read the logfiles.
