If you set the keywords, then you have the list, and you can search for
them using Scintilla's regular expression search.  Alternatively, if
the lexer for your language uses a different style for keywords, you can
scan through your document for groups characters with that particular
style.

Note that both of these options are easily discovered by reading the
Scintilla documentation, as is the fact that Scintilla doesn't have a
built-in method for searching sequentially for keywords.
