When I press Alt+Home on a Num keypad to jump to the end of display line, it inserts a '?' symbol that I should delete manually. This looks like a misuse of an old Alt+ASCIIcode feature but it just not should be there. Is there a way to set up default Windows Ctrl+Home keybinging?
