Summary: SSH Mounted file in Gnome cannot be openned

Initial Comment:
Problem: Cannot open a file in an ssh-mounted directory in SciTE.
Error: "URI:ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/usr/bin/script.pl' not understood."

To reproduce: In Gnome (using Ubuntu 6.10),
1. go to Places -> Connect to Server
2a. In the dialogue that appears:
2b. Choose SSH as the Service type
2c. Fill in "Server" (url/ip address), "User name", and other option fields
("Folder", etc)
3. On the desktop, open the associated icon that appears
4. Enter password as necessary.
5. Navigate to an appropriate file, and drag it's icon to an open SciTE window.

Upon step 5, you will get an error dialogue box as described above.

Resolution: Copy the file to your local Desktop machine and repeat step 5. Once
finished editing, drag the icon from your Desktop machine to the remote
directory it came from, overwriting the now old version.
