I believe that given that there have been some recent changes in
Scintilla to support a slightly different model, you might want to try
it out instead: watch the [relevant] modification notifications and
maintain your own stack in the container app (keeping as much or as
little detail as needed).
I *think* that is what was up with some recent updates - my only work
with the innards of the undo stack mechanism was concerned with
specific aspects of performance. ;)
