Category: SciTE Group: Bug Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Inputs are processed before outputs in Ruby Initial Comment: Hi, If you write the following lines of code in Ruby: puts "Hello" greeting = gets puts greeting SciTe will wait for your input for the greeting variable before printing out the "Hello" message. Has this always worked liked this? This really hinders my program since I cannot have output/input interaction with the user since SciTe will not run the outputs before the inputs. Is there a work around?
