There is a beta version of Scintilla and SciTE 1.73 available from CVS and from http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/scite.zip Source http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/wscite.zip Windows executable
Changes are mentioned in the scintilla/doc/ScintillaHistory.html file. The cmake lexer may be included if it is completed soon but otherwise there won't be any changes apart from bug fixes before release.
