It seems imaginable but its not the way I would approach this. I'd
add a new class MergeDocument that provides the same interface as
Document to Editor but contains two documents and an edit list
recording how to combine the documents. Its likely to be quite a lot
of work.
hum, why not but the syntax coloring should be distinct for each document
and base document should be editable and the global document should
follow... [inserted lines would be less editable in my case but why not].
yes, I know it will a be big work :-(
