In my old editor, I could configure the FIXME to show up in a very
prominent color so they would catch my eye.
To do this in SciTE, I will need to tweak the scintilla cpp lexer code,
right? I just want to be sure I'm not missing some configuration option
where I can just add some properties to my user file or something. :)
