Summary: LexPython Decorator styling doesn't handle all cases

Initial Comment:
See Listing 8 from
http://www.ddj.com/dept/lightlang/184406073;jsessionid=JHE1SAFFCRPG0QSNDLRCKH0CJUNN2JVN?_requestid=577874
for an example, and modify it:

@require("""len(__args) \
             ==1""") # Colored like a triple-double string"""

I would style the leading '@' and the compound name
after it as SCE_P_DECORATOR, but style the rest as
standard Python. I'll attach a small patch that does it in a hacky way. The
hack is that I'd like StyleContext to expose a Backward() method.
