Summary: Notification after caret moved
Initial Comment:
It would be nice if scintilla could send a notification after caret moved. We
could do lots of things then, such as updating the current position of caret
and so on.
How about SCN_UPDATEUI? Are these notifications not delivered at the
times you want?
