The Save As dialog on GTK+ now sets the file name field to the
current value to make it easier to save the file to another directory
with its current name or to modify the name. Export As * modifies the
file name (for example, x.cxx -> x.html, or x.cxx.html, or x_cxx.html)
according to the export.keep.ext setting as is done on Windows.
   Properties that are dependent on file names now treat the file
names as case-sensitive on GTK+, which can allow, for example, for .C
to be treated as c++ and .c as C. Windows remains case-insensitive as
it is common for windows file to have names with unexpected cases.
   Available from CVS and the download locations mentioned in previous message.
