it and everything under it, I think click again on the "+" (without

Thats great, thats what everyone is asking for over and over again.
Couldn't you, Neil, change the behavior of "toggle all" to do exactly
this? That way even the name would make sense, as right now its
basically doing just a "toggle top-levels".
That would be great.
