Well, I can describe my way I got it to work. Using Win2000, having
scite in directory c:\util\scite.
I have got php.api file from
http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/SciTEExtras.html
and put it into c:\util\scite\api\
Then I added this line in User Options file:
api.$(file.patterns.html)=$(SciteDefaultHome)\api\php.api
Then it works in php files (Ctrl+I for autocomplete, showing calltip
after parenthess written).
