Ok, I will correct this: The Gemplus OP application loader I had did not
work with the IBM cards I had.[1] It is not that uncommon with smart cards,
that there are at least minimal differences, e.g. an application could to
a select requesting an FMP and the card according to ISO/IEC 7816-4 does
not support it.

The Cyberflex Access (Augmented) Crypto is a JavaCard 2.0 card and does
not in anyway support Open Platform.

Mahlzeit

[1] but I still would prefer IBM cards.
