Ok, I will correct this: The Gemplus OP application loader I had did not work with the IBM cards I had.[1] It is not that uncommon with smart cards, that there are at least minimal differences, e.g. an application could to a select requesting an FMP and the card according to ISO/IEC 7816-4 does not support it. > Same comment applies to "Cyberflex access does not support Open Platform". The Cyberflex Access (Augmented) Crypto is a JavaCard 2.0 card and does not in anyway support Open Platform.
