Its hard to find out what the problem really is this way but maybe these
hints can help you.

Your pcsclite seems to be installed correctly. When you run the testprogram
it first establishes a context which works fine, in the next step it looks
for any readers which abviously fails. After the SCardgetStatusChange step a
list of available readers should be presented to you; there you select one
to use for the test.

As mentioned before: pcsclite fails finding any reader so it has nothing
to do with the cards.

If the reader can be detected by a usbviewer it only means that the usb
subsystem can handle the device itself.
If you run the cm2020 installer it should do all necessary shops for you: Be
sure that the device file nodes have been created (/dev/usb/cm[1-16]), that
the shared library and the kernel module are in the correct path
(/usr/local/lib/libcm2020.so and
/lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/usb/cardman.o). Also be sure that the
reader is listed in the reader.conf (usr/local/etc/reader.conf).
When making changes to the reader.conf you hae to restart pcscd; when
starting it on the console without sending it to the background you should
also see some startup messages giving you information about what had
happened when pcscd tries to init the readers.
If this doesn't help please give a bit more information about the way you
installed the OMNIKEY driver and what your configs are!
