T=14 is the designator for proprietary protocols. In other words, a 
protocol defined by its owner and not by ISO. Thus there can be 
many protocols announced as T=14. Generally, the owner of the 
OS in a T=14 card owns the protocol, so you must find the card 
issuer or supplier and ask them about the card that you have or 
want to use.
