Could pcsc.conf merge readers.conf and cards.conf into different
stanzas of the same conf file so we don't have three?
I've already mentioned how I feel about having the hw address of
the reader's port in the readers.conf, and now that you're looking
over the conf files, maybe you'll feel differently about that, too.
