MUSCLE problem's with reflex reader

Hello everyone,     Recently I purchased Linux Development Kit wit Schlumberger Reflex 60 reader and couple of Access cards. I connect it to serial port (which is working properly) but I keep getting error message: "Open Port 102F8 Failure"     What is wrong, reader, driver or something else ?     I get same message on two different machines (one running Reda Hat 6.1 and other Red Hat 6.0), both versions of pcsc-lite (0.5.5), RPC or non RPC version, and on both COMM ports.
