Jeremy Whitlock commented on OPENEJB-64: ---------------------------------------- I believe that this is by design. I think that Castor JDO now uses the database.xml file's location as the base of how it builds the full paths from the relative mapping file paths supplied in the database.xml. I have contacted the Castor developers to seek resolution on this and if this is the case, this issue will be closed. If not, we'll leave it open and file a Jira for Castor then closing when their bug is fixed. > moviefun cannot find cmp.or-mapping.xml > --------------------------------------- > > Key: OPENEJB-64 > URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/OPENEJB-64 > Project: OpenEJB > Type: Bug > Components: server > Versions: 1.0 beta 1 > Environment: Windows > Reporter: Jeremy Whitlock > Assignee: Jeremy Whitlock > Fix For: 1.0 > Attachments: openejb.log > > > When trying to run moviefun, JDO fails to initialize due to not finding the > mapping file. It appears like an invalid path is being built to the > cmp.or-mapping.xml.
