The protocol currently only understands remote objects in the traditional ejb
sense where a home interface is always present and remote interfaces throw
RemoteException and implement javax.ejb.EJBObject.
The lookup needs to be expanded.
The metadata sent across needs to be expanded
The protocol request types need to be expanded
