Hi Guys,

I talked to another guy at the dealership... Instead of the salesman, I
talked to one of the managers (Actually the guy that did the finance on
my car)...

He called SVT himself -- go the same answer as we all did.

He then went to his own lot, and inspected all the cobras.  Of 3, 2 had
wheel locks INSTALLED,  a third one had the wheel locks in the center
console!!!

He asked me to look in my car and let him know if I find the locks
somewhere...   I'll get it back on monday and we'll see what the
dealership says depending on if they're in the car or not...
