Jack, the only other source I have this tune from is in Cole's 1001 from
1940, essentially a reprinting of Ryan's Mammoth Collection (Boston) from
1883. The latter date gets you about 25 years earlier than the O'Neill
printing, but thats all. Fascinating connection, and one wonders where and
how it survived.
