The crypt of the Cornerstone, if you can get it. I've played to that number of people with the improbably quiet combo of greatbass recorder and clarsach - worked fine, so an unamplified mando & guitar would too. The Augustine Chapel on George IV Bridge is often used for non-profit events, and its acoustics are fine, but it's way bigger than you need. (It also has a crypt that sounds okay but has all the atmosphere of a prison gymnasium). =================== <http://www.purr.demon.co.uk/jack/> =================== ---> off-list mail to "j-c" rather than "scots-l" at this site, please <--- Posted to Scots-L - The Traditional Scottish Music & Culture List - To subscribe/unsubscribe, point your browser to: http://www.tullochgorm.com/lists.html
