Regarding the College of Piping in Glasgow. Seamus MacNeill is long gone and the current principal is my 'binkies companion Rab Wallace. The college caters for a large number of beginners throughout the world and has produced very successful teaching material. The well known books have now been wholly updated. See their site at:
