Hi there,
I have just joined the list after finding the website. I am very new to
Linux (2 months now) but am really keen to learn a whole lot more about this
beast.
I come from a back ground of using computers (ITU Nurse and researcher) and
have always used Win based OS's. I have never dared to tinker with Win (It
wins I loose).
I loaded RH7 with a view to playing with this linux thing in my sparetime,
so far I have only booted back to win98 to fly FS2000 and can honestly say
that I have learned more about PC's in 2 months than windows taught me in 8
years.
I am looking to out a home network in (more for learning how to than for any
purpose) so I may post a few questions if that is allowed.
