IN response to the Telewest CM thread

looks like a good reference to all CM-related info
(found from news:uk.telecom.broadband )

The section on:
        IF Your IP Address is ....
        absent or 0.0.0.0       - ethernet interface not working
        169.254.nnn.nnn         - DHCP Failure
        192.168.100.nnn         - cablemodem internal DHCP Fallback
        62.25n.nnn.nnn or 213.10n.nnn.nnn - normal ntl: service range

OK - so these are based on Windows and ntl, but the internal DHCP fallback
looks familiar....
