Looks OK (although I don't see a rgb mapping file listing in the files
section - but this probably wouldn't cause the error you describe). Did
this use to work? If so when did it break? 

It's a bit worrying that it's not even detecting the VGA16 hardware -
although this may point to a problem with another piece of the configured
hardware..... A closer look shows....

IMPS/2?

I've just got PS/2, but I don't have a list of the posible values. Since
its broken _anyway_ might be worth trying it with PS/2

Have you tried running xf86config (text)? or XF86Setup (vga16) ?
