I suspect this is one of your `hits' under Google:

  http://lhd.datapower.com/db/dispproduct.php3?DISP?738

which suggests there's support in c-qcams.c

AFAIK, wine does not try to emulate (or allow direct access to) hardware:
its way to dangerous to allow a user process potential control of all
hardware. Basic rule of thumb is if package contain .VXD files, forget
it.

There was a thread on wine-devel awhile ago about something similar. You
could use wine to implement a dumb backend for the driver software and
reverse-engineer the protocol, implementing the correct responses as you
discover them (through test programs under Windows), but that all seems
like alot of effort.

Good luck,

Paul.
