Your filesystem is corrupt; if you really have everything backed up, you
have 2 choices :
Unmount the partition then, whilst being careful to ensure you are happy
with what you are doing :
e2fsck -y /dev/partition-your-filesystem-is-on
which will simply "yes" every fix question. This will probably work,
moving anything iffy into lost+found for you to peruse/delete at your
leisure. Restore any required, but missing files from your backup or dig
around and see if they have appeared in lost+found as a strange number
filename.
2nd option � mke2fs /dev/partition-your-filesystem-is-on
this will re-format it, so you'll need to restore that backup you have...
