I'll start by saying I know this is stupid and doesn't really provide any
real transactional integrity, but....
...does anyone know of a scriptable program / library which will allow me
to send Email (preferably with MIME attachments) bypassing the normal
queuing mechanism - i.e. tries to connect directly to the MX host via SMTP,
on failure does not requeue the message for later delivery.
