I've got a copy of WB2.04 (I think) on my Amiga emulator (in ADF format).
It should be possible to get a copy of that, but I think you'll want the
newer (relatively speaking) WB3.1 for your 1200: I've no idea if WB2.04
will work on the newer chipsets in the 1200 (the chips that replaced the
fatter Agnes, Denise, and whatever the third one was called).

An alternative (if you don't mind paying out some dosh) is the Cloano
Amiga Forever CD (http://cloanto.com/amiga/forever/). No idea if its worth
the $30 or not.
