Ok, check that either gcc is called with an option -DHAVE_TIME_H or the
config file (usually something like config.h) has a
  #define HAVE_TIME_H
in it. If kaffe uses a config file (possibly generated by autoconf), then
there should be a line like:
  #include "config.h"
nearer the beginning of System.c
