I get decent downloads (50k/sec) off of mirror.ac.uk and
ftp.demon.net, but then I'm a demon customer, so I'd expect that. ;)
Depends who your ISP is, and what your doing (for instance, BT have
been known to throttle certain P2P applications on their
{any|some}time ISP).
