Hello,
according to the specification, JAXR Providers should offer a mechanism
to have user-defined taxonomies in the registry.

Is this feature implemented already (I use a patched scout 1.0 rc1) and
if so, is it file system based as in sun's implementation?
I added a new tModel to the database used by jUDDI (see below).
But there is no link between scout/juddi and the xml document containing
the JAXR Concepts yet. How can I make scout aware of that taxonomy?
