You probably want to update the scm locations in trunk and the version
in branches/scout-1.1 to 1.1.1-SNAPSHOT
BTW.... for the future, not sure if you will want to create a release
branch when it comes time to release 1.2, I'm not sure how useful it
was here, but if you do you can use
mvn release:branch

moved the old trunk to archives/trunk-1.0.
The trunk is now open for 1.2 work.
