Resolution: Fixed
After looking at this, I think we are okay commenting out the lines that try to
set authorizedName and operator on the TModel structure. V3 uddi-ws
TModel.java does not include these fields - from what I see in the spec, they
are handled by operationalInfo / publisher in v3.
