I am new to scrapy.
I am installed scrapy 2.4.2 on debian wheezy using pip. Seemingly, worked
fine. when I run "scrapy startproject test" from
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/scrapy/templates/project directory,
I get ImportError: No module named ${project_name}.settings. I am not sure
as what the issue is and how I could correct it.
