I have just downloaded and installed Scrapy 0.24.2 according to the user documentation (64 bit).
I used python -m pip install scrapy with the whl file I downloaded and get the message successfully installed scrapy puOpenSSL etc., but there is no scrapy executable file anywhere on my machine. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "scrapy-users" group.
