Hello! I am Darshan Chaudhary, final year student of BITS Pilani University, India. I have been using Scrapy since a long time now and have written tutorials on my blog(darshanime.github.io) and have also been making small contributions to the library. I wished to participate in GSoC this year under Scrapy, and the project I had in mind was "New Scrapy Signal dispatching". This project is on the ideas page for GSoC 2015. I wished to know if this project will be considered for acceptance in this year's edition of GSoC.
I can't wait to share my ideas on how we can implement this project and start building my proposal!
